OneMetric (formerly Growtomation) is a revenue enablement partner for B2B teams. We build revenue engines end to end: the systems and data the teams run on, the GTM execution that turns them into demand, closed deals, and retention, and the AI that makes the whole engine faster and smarter.

As an Elite HubSpot Partner, we work with high-growth companies across the US and globally, and we start with the real revenue problem, not the tool. Most companies buy these three pieces from three different vendors, then wonder why nothing connects. We run them as one.

The problem we want to solve

Our account managers and delivery leads own our client relationships today, and they do it well. But those relationships are built around the service the client hired us for, often CRM / RevOps work.

OneMetric now does more than CRM / RevOps. We also do go-to-market (GTM) strategy, consulting, web experiences, and AI transformation. Most clients don’t know that, because we haven’t built relationships with their senior leaders, like the CMO or CRO, or gone deep on their revenue problems.





We need someone to build on the trust our delivery teams have earned. Your job is to get closer to the C-suite, understand what’s holding back their revenue, and show where we can help beyond the original project.

What You’ll Do

Own the strategy

• Set the plan for how we keep and grow our clients. Your goals are net revenue retention (NRR) in a few customers and client lifetime value (LTV), in many of them.
• Decide which accounts to grow, how, and in what order.

Own the relationships

• Be the main contact for senior leaders in our largest accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to their C-suite. Learn their revenue goals and problems, and talk in business terms, not tool terms.
• Work with account managers and delivery leads to map each account: who we know, who we don’t, and who matters.
• Build current relationships beyond our current champion, both up and across the client’s lea
