Role Description This is a full time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Nagpur. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms to drive leads, conversions, and revenue. Responsibilities include setting up and managing campaigns, conducting A/B tests, monitoring performance dashboards, and adjusting budgets and bids to meet ROI and CPA targets.



The role involves collaborating with content, design, and development teams to improve landing pages, ad creatives, and user journeys. The Performance Marketer will also analyze data, prepare regular performance reports, and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in performance marketing, including managing paid search, paid social, and display campaigns with a focus on ROI and conversion optimization.
• Proficiency with analytics and advertising tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, basic Excel/Sheets for reporting and analysis).
• Experience with digital marketing fundamentals such as SEO, email marketing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
