Role Description

We are seeking an experienced PMO professional with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.



The role requires expertise across key modules, including Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance and Operations (F&O;), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably be based in Bengaluru or Chennai, and be willing to travel as needed.
Qualifications
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in PMO leadership and Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
• Solid overall knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• Hands-on consulting experience, including stakeholder management, solution recommendations, and delivery of implementation or upgrade projects.
• Practical knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules in Microsoft Dynamics (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Operations) and their integration with other systems.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities in Microsoft Dyna
