Job Title - SAP FICO Consultant (Oil & Gas)

Job Timing – IST 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our offshore delivery team in India. This role requires specialized functional experience in the Oil & Gas/Energy sector to design, configure, and support complex financial systems for global operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Core Configuration: Lead the end-to-end configuration and maintenance of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking) and CO (CCA, PCA, Product Costing, Internal Orders) modules.
• Industry Specifics: Support sector-specific financial accounting processes, including Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) or Asset Retirement Obligations (ARO).
• Integration & Customization: Manage cross-functional integration with SAP IS-Oil, MM, SD, and PM,



and author functional specifications for complex WRICEF objects.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide expert L2/L3 production support, meet strict SLA timelines, and lead business users through smooth month-end and year-end closing cycles.

Required Qualifications
• 8–10 years of deep hands-on SAP FICO configuration experience, including at least 3 full lifecycle implementations or major global rollouts.
• Must have proven functional experience working within the Oil & Gas or Energy domain.
• Strong working knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Skills: Strong understanding of global accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and excellent English communication skills for direct client interaction.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields. SAP certification is preferred.
