Role Description The Safety Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gulaothi at STP. The Safety Engineer will develop, implement,



monitor safety policies and procedures for construction project, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting site inspections and risk assessments, identifying potential hazards, and recommending corrective actions to project teams. The role involves coordinating safety training programs for site personnel, maintaining safety documentation and incident reports, and supporting emergency preparedness plans. The Safety Engineer will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in health, safety, and security practices.
Qualifications

• Solid foundation in Safety Engineering, including risk assessment, hazard identification, and safety audits.
