Responsibilities

Strategy & Research

Assist the founding team with:
• Market research and competitor analysis
• Business chance identification
• Industry trend analysis
• Growth strategy brainstorming
• Preparing presentations and reports

Research emerging businesses, creator ecosystems, agencies, and digital trends. Support founders in evaluating new ideas and strategic initiatives.

Partnerships & Business Development

One of the key responsibilities of this role is helping expand DigiChakra360's strategic network and partnership ecosystem.

You will assist the founders in:
• Identifying potential agency, creator, and business partners
• Researching agencies across marketing, influencer marketing, events, PR, technology, and media sectors




• Initiating conversations and building relationships with agencies and collaborators
• Assisting in forming strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities
• Coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and partnership discussions
• Supporting cross-agency projects and co-marketing initiatives
• Exploring new business opportunities and ecosystem expansion
• Gain direct exposure to how partnerships are identified, negotiated, and nurtured within a growing business.

Operations & Execution
• Coordinate ongoing projects and internal workflows.
• Assist in managing timelines and deliverables.
• Track progress across multiple initiatives.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency
• Ensure smooth execution of founder-led projects

Marketing & Growth

Assist with:
• Social media and content initiatives
• Creator and influencer partnerships
• Brand collaborations
• Outreach campaigns
• Lead generation
