Overview-
We are seeking a qualified/CA - Intermediate qualified with strong experience in Controllership, Financial Reporting, GST, TDS, and end-to-end accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliance, month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, audits, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities-
• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including General Ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closure.
• Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
• Lead financial reporting activities and MIS reporting for management.
• Handle internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits.
• Monitor balance sheet schedules and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
• Review revenue recognition,



provisions, accruals, fixed assets, and inter-company transactions.
• Collaborate with business teams to strengthen financial controls and accounting processes.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Required Skills-
• Strong experience in Controllership and Financial Reporting.
• Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance.
• Extensive experience in General Ledger (GL), R2R, Month-End Close, and Finalization of Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
• Experience in handling statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Expertise in financial analysis, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, D365, etc.
