iAmpact is an AI-powered social and climate intelligence platform for India's CSR, NGO and ESG ecosystem. Companies and foundations use iAmpact to run their entire CSR programme in one place: grant management, NGO due diligence, budgeting, project monitoring, impact assessment and SROI, and board-ready reporting. Our work has been featured by NITI Aayog's Frontier Tech Hub, and our free SROI calculator is used by impact professionals across India.
We help make sure every rupee of CSR spend leads to measurable change on the ground. We're a small, fast team building enterprise SaaS from India.
The role
As our SDR, you start the conversations that bring recent companies onto iAmpact. You will speak with CSR heads, sustainability leaders and foundation CEOs at some of India's best-known companies. You'll learn how corporate social responsibility really works, and you'll be the first voice many of them hear from us.
You'll work directly with the Founder-CEO. You will see every deal from first call to signed contract,
and learn enterprise sales from the inside.
What you'll do
• Research companies and their CSR and sustainability programmes, and find the right decision-makers.
• Reach out by phone, email and LinkedIn with messages that are relevant to each company, not templated.
• Hold short discovery conversations to understand a company's CSR goals and challenges.
• Book meetings for the leadership team and brief them on each prospect.
• Follow up with contacts from industry events, webinars and inbound enquiries.
• Keep our CRM accurate and share what you hear from the market with the product team.
Who you are
• 1–3 years in B2B outbound sales, inside sales or business development. SaaS experience is a plus.
• Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to senior people with confidence and respect.
• A clear, persuasive writer in English, and comfortable in Hindi.
• Curious about CSR, ESG, sustainability or the social sec
