Mobile apps built for serious work are held to a different standard than consumer apps. We’re hiring someone who wants to learn it.
Nyayasiddhi, an Indian legaltech company, is hiring a Flutter Engineering Intern to join our mobile engineering team in India.
This role suits an engineer who cares about performance, reliability and the discipline of building for professionals who use their tools for hours at a stretch.
The engineering you’ll do
• Build responsive, production-grade mobile interfaces in Flutter and Dart
• Integrate REST APIs reliably, with graceful network-failure handling and offline resilience where it matters
• Implement state management that keeps the UI consistent with backend data and free of race conditions
• Profile and optimise load times, memory usage and battery drain, so the app stays out of the user’s way
• Join code reviews and work with backend and design teams, understanding how each mobile decision affects the wider platform
• Question the experience you’re building: does it hold up for someone working under pressure, with real stakes?
What we expect from you
• Working knowledge of Flutter and Dart fundamentals
• Understanding of REST APIs and JSON handling
• Comfort with widgets, layouts and navigation patterns
• Solid programming fundamentals: data structures, error handling, clean code
• Comfort with Git and pull-request workflows
• Honesty about what you don’t know, and eagerness to learn
You don’t need to know Flutter already. Learning quickly is what matters, along with caring about software people can depend on.
A real advantage if you have it
• State management patterns: Provider, Riverpod or BLoC
• Platform-specific debugging on iOS and Android
• Navigation and deep-linking patterns
• Flutter testing, Firebase integration and performance profiling
• Experience building for professionals or knowledge workers
• Shipped features used by people under real pressure
The terms, stated plainly
• Location: India (in office / hybrid)
