Role Description: The Sales Executive role at Arctic Supply Chain is a full-time position based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in office client engagement and office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the Sales Executive identifies and qualifies new business opportunities, builds and manages a pipeline of prospective clients,



and conducts sales presentations and negotiations to close deals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining regular contact with customers, preparing proposals, coordinating with operations and finance teams to ensure service alignment, and tracking performance against sales targets. The Sales Executive also monitors market trends, gathers customer feedback, and contributes to sales strategies that enhance revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably within logistics, transportation, or supply chain services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and handle complex discussions.
• Solid understanding of basic commercial terms, pricing concepts, and contract structures, with comfort working with targets and KPIs.
