Our India team works closely with Japanese corporations and Indian companies across sectors, including manufacturing, automotive, industrial technology, consumer goods, and other B2B industries.
We are strengthening our M&A; advisory capabilities in India and are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in M&A-related; consulting and advisory services.

Position OverviewWe are hiring for two levels:
• Senior Consultant (SC): Typically 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Associate Manager (AM): Typically 5–9 years of relevant professional experience.

We welcome candidates with strong experience in one or more areas of M&A; advisory,



including Commercial Due Diligence, Operational Due Diligence, acquisition target evaluation, transaction advisory, and post-merger integration.
Candidates are not expected to have experience across the entire M&A; lifecycle.
The role combines hands-on M&A; advisory work with opportunities to support broader corporate strategy and business transformation projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesDepending on experience and seniority, responsibilities will include:
1. M&A; Strategy and Target Evaluation
• Support the development of acquisition strategies and investment rationales.
• Identify, screen, and evaluate potential acquisition targets.
• Assess strategic fit, business models, competitive positioning, and potential synergies.

2. Due Diligence and Transaction Advisory
• Conduct Commercial and Operational Due Diligence, including market, competitor, customer, and financial performance analysis.
