Northstar Innovations is hiring a Customer Support Executive for our Ahmedabad office to assist customers based in the United States.
We're looking for someone with strong English communication skills, practical problem-solving abilities, and experience handling customer queries through calls, chat, and email.
This role goes beyond answering customer questions. You'll help customers set up and use products, troubleshoot technical issues, conduct product demonstrations, and work with our internal teams to resolve concerns.
You'll also get hands-on experience with physical products and smart devices, allowing you to understand customer issues and find practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide qualified customer support to US-based customers through voice calls, live chat, and email.
• Understand customer concerns, troubleshoot product issues, and provide clear solutions.
• Guide customers through product installation, setup, features,



and usage.
• Conduct online product demonstrations and explain product functionality.
• Create, update, and manage customer support tickets, including escalations and follow-ups.
• Test physical products and smart devices to investigate customer-reported issues.
• Perform regular product quality checks and report technical concerns.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and assist with repeat purchases or additional product requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and issue resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• 3-4 years of experience in customer support, international customer service, technical support, or an international voice process.
