What You’ll Do:
• Collections Focus: Managing an assigned portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely payments, reduce past-due balances, and meet team collection goals. Daily responsibilities include reviewing aging reports, contacting customers regarding past-due invoices, following up on payment commitments, and documenting all account updates and collection activities. Additionally, the Collections Analyst will partner with Sales, Billing, and Cash Applications to resolve payment issues, escalate non-responsive accounts, flag invoice disputes/inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
• Relationship Management: Establishing and nurturing relationships with advertisers to ensure timely follow-ups and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and bad debt.
• Dispute Resolution: Investigating, documenting, and resolving customer billing disputes efficiently.




• Reporting: Generating weekly aging reports with collection comments for management review.
• Administrative Tasks: Processing vendor setup forms and managing invoice uploads to third-party platforms such as Ariba, Zip, Coupa, and other client specific portals.
• Compliance: Supporting SOX initiatives and preparing schedules for external audits.

What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of work experience in Accounts Receivable, with emphasis on heavy collections.
• Strong background in cash collections and dispute resolution.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
• A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a rapid-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize day-to-day responsibilities while continuously meeting timel
