Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor Fresher role based in Chennai. The Video Editor Fresher will assist in editing raw footage into coherent, engaging videos for a range of clients and content types. Daily responsibilities include organizing project assets, trimming and sequencing clips, applying basic transitions and effects, and supporting color adjustments under guidance. The role also involves collaborating with senior editors, incorporating feedback, maintaining file management standards, and meeting project timelines.
The Video Editor Fresher will communicate with the team regarding project status and ensure that all outputs follow EditPro’s quality standards.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Video Production and basic understanding of filming workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing, including cutting, sequencing, and adding transitions to footage.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency and mood.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, lower thirds, and simple visual elements.
• Basic knowledge of common editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow creative direction are required.
