Role Description The Patient Calling - Freshers role at Alltres is a full time, in office position based in Chennai. The role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to patients regarding appointments, insurance verification, billing-related queries, and follow-ups.



Team members will document call details accurately in the system, escalate complex issues to senior staff when needed, and maintain a courteous, professional tone in every interaction. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to resolve patient concerns, adhering to call quality and productivity standards, and following company guidelines and compliance requirements.
