ABOUT THE ROLE

Overview
We are looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Intern to support Ecolibrium's hiring and day-to-day HR administrationfor 3 months. You will keep recruitment moving until our recent Talent Acquisition Specialist joins. You will screen CVs, book interviews, keep candidates informed and handle core HR admin. All hiring decisions, offers. and approvals stay with the Head of HR/People and department heads. You will work from transparent criteria and templates, with a named person to check in with daily.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility. It suits someone organised, warm with people and keen to start a career in HR.

THE WORK
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment support
• Screen incoming CVs against role requirements using an agreed checklist, and shortlist for hiring manager review.
• Run short initial phone screens to confirm availability, notice period, salary expectations and basic fit.
• Schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers and panel members, and send calendar invites and joining details.




• Follow up with interviewers for feedback within agreed timelines and flag delays.
• Send interview confirmations, reminders and regret emails using approved templates.
• Post job ads on job portals, LinkedIn and the careers page as directed.
• Keep the ATS or recruitment tracker accurate and up to date for every candidate and role.
• Prepare a simple weekly hiring status update for the Head of HR/People.HR administration
• Collect and check pre-joining documents for new hires.
• Support onboarding: welcome emails, induction scheduling and first-day logistics.
• Maintain employee records and HR files, digital and physical.
• Answer basic employee queries and route others to the right person.
• Help with HR trackers, letters and other admin tasks as needed.

• Pursuing or recently completed an MBA/PGDM in HR, a BBA, or a related degree.
