Role Purpose

As part of the Accounting Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting through effective reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities. The role requires solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify process improvement opportunities while maintaining compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies, contribute to finance transformation initiatives, and leverage digital and AI-enabled solutions to enhance reporting efficiency, data quality, and process effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Period-End Close

• Perform month-end and year-end accounting activities, including preparation and posting of journal entries.
• Execute account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies,



variances, and aging items to ensure financial accuracy.
• Support period-end close processes and ensure adherence to reporting timelines and compliance requirements.
• Review and validate financial data to ensure completeness, consistency, and quality of reporting outputs.
• Analyze financial statements and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for management and key stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Partner with internal stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Shared Services functions.
• Provide accounting expertise and support to business partners on reporting and financial control matters.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
