Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CRM Executive role based in Hyderabad. The CRM Executive will manage and update student and prospect records in the CRM system, ensure data accuracy, and track the status of applications and counseling sessions. Responsibilities include monitoring leads, following up with prospective students, coordinating with counselors and admissions teams,



and generating regular reports on student engagement and conversion. The role also involves handling inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and messaging platforms, resolving queries promptly, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The CRM Executive will collaborate with team members to support campaigns, streamline workflows, and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications

• Solid CRM and database management skills, including experience with data entry, data validation, and maintaining accurate records.
• Proficiency in communication and customer service, with the ability to handle student inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship management across multiple channels.
• Basic reporting and analytical skills, including generating and interpreting CRM reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
