Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic FP&A; and Pricing professional to drive financial planning, business performance management, pricing, and commercial support across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FP&A;, budgeting, pricing, deal support, contract review, and P&L; management, with the ability to partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage end-to-end P&L; performance, including revenue, costs, and margin optimization.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Track actuals against budgets and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
• Prepare MIS reports and business performance dashboards for leadership review.
• Support pricing strategy, commercial proposals, and deal structuring.
• Perform financial due diligence for new deals and business opportunities.
• Review commercial contracts, pricing models, and key contractual clauses.




• Support RFP/RFI responses from a financial and commercial perspective.
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition and accounting principles.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial governance.

Mandatory Skills:
• Solid experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning.
• Hands-on experience in Pricing, Deal Support, and Contract Review.
• Proven experience managing P&L; and Margin Control.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Recognition and Accounting Concepts.
• Experience in MIS reporting and variance analysis.
• Ability to work closely with senior business stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Qualification
• MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
