The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display.
Day-to-day tasks include managing ad budgets, monitoring key performance metrics, running A/B tests, and refining targeting strategies to improve user acquisition and retention for Brew8’s web and mobile apps.
The role requires close collaboration with product, design, and development teams to align campaign messaging with product features and user journeys.
This is a full time, on-site role based in Surat, with an expectation of working from the office and actively participating in cross-functional meetings and strategy discussions.
Qualifications
• Experience with performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition platforms.
• Has achieved a positive ROAS at a scale, should have atleast spent more than $10K with a positive ROAS.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, campaign dashboards, and basic spreadsheet analysis.
• Ability to create and refine ad creatives and messaging in collaboration with design and content teams.
• Understanding of user acquisition, conversion funnels, and retention strategies for web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, bid optimization, audience segmentation, and campaign experimentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders on-site.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a tech, SaaS, or app-focused company is an advantage.
