Role Description This full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role is based intheG Bihar Area and focuses on driving sales growth for the JM Hosiery Division. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing and expanding distributor and retailer networks, achieving sales targets, and maximizing market penetration within the assigned territory.



Daily activities include monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, planning promotions, and coordinating with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery. The role involves regular field visits, relationship-building with channel partners, and providing feedback on customer preferences and competitor activity. The Area Sales Manager also prepares sales reports, forecasts, and action plans, while supporting team training and adherence to company policies and brand standards.
