About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, collections, payments, reconciliations, statutory documentation, and financial reporting across our business operations.

The ideal candidate should take ownership of financial activities from initiation to closure, maintain accurate records, follow established processes, and ensure timely visibility of pending items without requiring repeated follow-ups from management.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping using Tally or other accounting software.
- Prepare and verify invoices, track outstanding payments, and follow up on receivables.
- Manage vendor payments, staff reimbursements, patient refunds, and other approved payouts.
- Perform bank, cash, customer, and vendor reconciliations.




- Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants for GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory-related transactions, payroll inputs, and qualified payments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, trackers, and MIS.
- Maintain organised financial documentation, approval records, and audit trails.
- Track pending transactions, discrepancies, and overdue payments through to resolution.
- Follow company SOPs, maintain checklists, and proactively escalate financial risks or delays.
- Ensure continuity of finance operations through proper documentation and handovers.

Requirements
- B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–5 years of hands-on accounting experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Practical understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, accounts payable/rece
