Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salon Manager at Scent in Bengaluru. The Salon Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, handle hiring, and maintain the salon's standards of excellence.

Qualifications
. experience as a salon manager in a reputed salon
• Cosmetology and Hair Care expertise
• Robust Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Hiring and Staff Management
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of beauty trends and industry practices
• Previous experience in salon management is a plus
