We’re looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to join our Marketing team and take ownership of paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

? What You’ll Be Responsible For:• Plan and execute paid advertising strategies aligned with business & revenue goals
• Manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end
• Handle Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max campaigns
• Manage budgets, bids, pacing and campaign performance
• Drive qualified leads through effective lead-generation campaigns
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and remarketing
• Develop and test ad copies, creatives and landing pages
• Plan and analyze A/B tests and experimentation initiatives
• Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & Meta Pixel
• Track and optimize key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR,



CPC and Conversion Rate
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, Design, Product and Sales teams
• Monitor competitors, market trends and emerging paid-media opportunities
? What We’re Looking For:✔️ 3–5 years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing / Paid Media
✔️ Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
✔️ Proven experience in lead generation and campaign optimization
✔️ Strong analytical and data-driven approach
✔️ Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution and pixels
✔️ Experience with A/B testing and CRO
✔️ Excellent communication and ownership skills
✔️ Ability to manage campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting
⭐ Good to Have:Experience in SaaS, Technology, E-commerce, Startups or Digital-first businesses, along with certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or similar platforms.
