Role Description The Sales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Sales Representative will greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable jewelry pieces and collections. Responsibilities include explaining product features, pricing, certifications, and care instructions while maintaining a high standard of customer service. The role also involves handling billing, updating sales records, managing merchandise display, and supporting inventory checks.



The Sales Representative will collaborate with the showroom team to meet sales targets and uphold store presentation and hygiene standards.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build trust with diverse customers.
• Effective verbal communication skills and professional presentation in a retail showroom environment.
• Basic numerical ability for handling billing, discounts, and understanding pricing structures.
• Attention to detail in product handling, display arrangements, and documentation.
