Role Description

The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and managing social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels.



Day-to-day work includes creating and scheduling posts, coordinating visual and video content with the creative team, optimizing profiles and content for reach and engagement, and monitoring analytics to improve performance. The Social Media Manager will engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community-building initiatives, while maintaining a consistent brand voice for clients. This role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to align social media campaigns with broader marketing goals and timelines.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan campaigns, grow audiences, and improve engagement.
