Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing, results-oriented Senior Immigration Consultant / Team Lead / Assistant Sales Manager to join our Immigration Sales team in Ajman. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, converting high-value leads, providing expert immigration consultation, and mentoring a dynamic sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership & Sales Strategy: Drive monthly sales targets, mentor and train sales consultants,



and oversee daily sales operations to maximize conversion rates and overall performance.
• Expert Client Counselling: Conduct high-level in-person, telephonic, and virtual consultations for complex immigration pathways, including Permanent Residency (PR), study visas, and work permits for Canada, Australia, and Germany.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Oversee lead generation and conversion across walk-ins, digital channels, and referrals while ensuring strict accuracy in CRM tracking and follow-ups.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor daily and weekly pipeline metrics, conduct regular team performance reviews, and submit strategic reports to senior management.
• Relationship Management: Maintain exceptional client service standards and uphold long-term client trust throughout the immigration process.
