Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers and channel partners, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day activities include conducting client visits, presenting product offerings, negotiating terms, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.



The Territory Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and provide feedback on market trends and competition. The role also includes training and supporting dealership or sales staff to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
• Proven Sales experience, including territory management and achievement of sales targets.
• Customer Service capabilities focused on relationship building, issue resolution, and retention.
• Experience in Sales Management and Training to guide and support sales teams or channel partners.
