Longame is a pre-launch performance activewear brand. We design training and everyday wear for runners, lifters, and athletes. You'd be our first designer, shaping the product line from the ground up.
This is a garment design role. It is not UI/UX or graphic design.
What you'll do
• Design performance activewear from concept to production-ready sample
• Build complete techpacks: flats, measurement specs, grading, materials, trims, and construction details
• Select performance fabrics and trims (knits, 4-way stretch, moisture-wicking)
• Work directly with factories through sampling and fit rounds
• Help define Longame's product and design language
What you need
• 3+ years designing knit or performance apparel
• At least one garment you've taken from sketch through sampling to production
• Strong flat sketching in Adobe Illustrator
• CLO 3D or Browzwear experience is a plus
• Experience working with factories in India, Indonesia, or elsewhere in Asia is a plus
