As a Asst Manager at B. Braun Group you will play a vital role maintaining efficient production processes for the manufacturing of our high-quality medical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Service Engineers in the assigned territory
• Ensure proper guidance to the team and timely delivery of Services
• Ensure Revenue achievement as per targets
• Ensure Service delivery as per KPI’s
• Related to assigned Product or Product group review the existing repairing service strategies and establish new strategies to achieve business objectives
• Support and coordinate the new products to be launched




• Approve the training schedule for Field Service Team to maintain their skill level related to the specific product/product groupConduct product training for recent models
• Maintain the training record
• Provide support to field service to solve the breakdowns at site
• Respond to customer query and request via phone and email - Solve customer complaints within a reasonable timeframe and follow predefined escalation procedure if required
• Communicate with Global & Regional Technical Support group for all Technical Support/Training functions related to the product/product group
• Monitor complaints related to product/product group
• Evaluate new product operation and function, then give feedback.
• Handle ad-hoc projects.
