We are seeking a highly articulate, organized, proactive, and creatively inclined professional to work directly alongside the Founder & CEO, with a robust focus on client communication, business development, social media management, and internal project coordination.
This role is designed for someone who can gradually take independent ownership of day-to-day operations and smaller projects, enabling senior management to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relations & Business Development




• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, prospective customers, and business associates.
• Actively call prospective leads, conduct introductory conversations, follow up on inquiries, and coordinate meetings to support client acquisition.
• Maintain organized lead databases, track conversations, and ensure consistent, timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate client requirements, project updates, deliverables, and communications with internal teams.
• Independently manage routine client interactions and smaller projects under management guidance.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Manage and coordinate social media activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan content calendars, schedule posts, develop captions, research hashtags, and create basic, visually appealing designs.
