Medflow Innovations is a healthcare supply company serving hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and medical dealers. We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with our field sales and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries from hospitals, clinics, and dealers.
• Prepare accurate quotations with the correct products, quantities, and pricing.
• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Process orders and coordinate dispatch with the warehouse.
• Generate invoices and maintain accurate billing records.
• Update CRM records and track enquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Support the field sales team with quotations and customer coordination.
• Follow up on outstanding payments with customers.

Requirements• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or sales coordination.
• Experience in healthcare, medical supplies, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of quotations, invoicing,



and order processing.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP software is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational, and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
• Fluency in English; Tamil proficiency preferred.
• Any graduate degree.

Job Details• Location: Choolai, near Purasawalkam, Chennai
• Salary: ₹3.5–3.5 LPA
• Experience: 1–3 years
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday, with the second and fourth Saturdays off.
