Job Description:
12+ years experience on ServiceNow
Robust and demonstrated experience in more than 3 real-life projects.
This position is intended for individuals who have performed the ServiceNow Principal Architect role, overseen and providing advice to other architects in complex projects.
The candidates must possess CSM certification or should be committed to obtain the certification within 90 days after being selected for the role.
Resource is expected to manage / coordinate with 4-5 Solution / Technical Architects
Migration Tooling and Services
Design and build scaled migration tooling, including metadata mapping from legacy systems into ServiceNow modules such as CSM, FSM, WSD etc
Automate mapping and loading of metadata through agents and tools
Build automations and APIs for routing rules, record producers and other configurations in ServiceNow
Test and maintain the tooling to support the migration of all legacy case management systems
