Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.



This role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers over phone calls to generate leads, explain product features and benefits, and promote Maruti Suzuki vehicles and related services. The Telesales Specialist will follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate call records, and coordinate with the sales team to schedule showroom visits, test drives, and closures. Daily tasks include handling customer queries, providing information about finance, insurance, and accessories, and ensuring a positive, professional experience in every interaction. The role also includes achieving assigned sales and call targets, adhering to call scripts and compliance guidelines, and participating in periodic training to stay updated on product offerings and promotions.
