Role Description The Sales Manager Hydraulics is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for driving sales of hydraulic cylinders, power packs, and related products, including international brands represented by Engex. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and developing recent business opportunities,



managing existing key accounts, conducting client visits, and providing technical guidance on product selection and applications. The Sales Manager will prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, and follow through on orders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. The role also involves coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and technical teams to support timely delivery, after-sales service, and long-term client relationships, as well as monitoring market trends and competitor activities to help shape sales strategies.
