Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst II with 10+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and business process improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Service Cloud, and collaborating with business and technical teams in an Agile setting.

Required Skills
• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in technology-driven environments.
• Requirements gathering and documentation, including user stories, BRDs, and acceptance criteria.
• Business process modeling and analysis.
• Stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
• UAT planning, coordination, and defect management.
• CRM platform experience; Salesforce preferred.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
