Requirements

8+ years of experience in IT Service Management and enterprise architecture

5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions

Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices

Proven experience architecting complex, multi-instance ServiceNow environments

Experience Designing Enterprise-scale ServiceNow Implementations With Complex Integration Requirements

Strong understanding of web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies

Experience managing technical delivery across multiple concurrent projects

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks

Robust understanding of enterprise architecture principles, standards, patterns, and governance

Experience designing and overseeing integrations between ServiceNow modules and external systems

Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders





Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, development teams, and vendors

Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions

Ability to work in an environment with changing priorities and multiple concurrent initiatives

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification — highly desirable

Experience with Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) and Health and Safety / HSE modules — nice to have

Real estate domain or functional real estate knowledge — nice to have

Business analysis experience within a professional services environment — nice to have
