Farmland India is a verification-first marketplace for agricultural land and farmhouses across North India (Rajasthan, Haryana, UP, Uttarakhand, HP, Punjab), serving HNIs, NRIs and family offices. Trust is our product, and you will build the legal backbone behind it.

What you’ll do
• Draft and vet sale agreements, MoUs, mandates, developer and owner agreements, and NDAs
• Review title documents (khasra/khatauni, jamabandi, registries, mutation records, encumbrance) and prepare structured verification summaries
• Coordinate with empanelled advocates on title searches and legal opinions
• Draft legal notices, replies and standard disclaimers, and maintain our template library
• Check listings and marketing claims for legal accuracy before they go live




• Track state-wise land rules, including agricultural land purchase restrictions by state and NRI

eligibility
You have
• LLB (LLM a plus) and 2–5 years in property or real estate drafting, or a law firm background
• Strong grasp of Indian property law, the Registration Act, and revenue records
• Accurate written English; Hindi reading ability for records
• Comfort with Word, Google Docs and basic tracking sheets

Bonus: experience with NRI transactions, agricultural land law, or RERA.
