We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Project Manager to drive organization wide initiatives across Recruitment, Employer Branding, Candidate & Employee Experience. This role requires a professional who can manage multiple projects, strategize and implement policies, and champion processes to create a best-in-class framework . The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of talent acquisition and HR processes, and a passion for fostering a high-quality hiring and onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute multiple concurrent TA projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Strategize project roadmaps with key milestones and monitor progress with effective planning of necessary tasks.
• Act as the custodian of TA policies, ensuring timely updates, compliance,



and communication across stakeholders.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Drive implementation and adoption of Employee Value Proposition.
• Run Employer Branding initiatives like revamping of Career Page, establishing presence.
• Run internal and external branding campaigns for HCM centrally with the Marketing team.
• Champion Diversity Hiring Initiatives, including outreach, partnerships, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Review, Design and Implement initiatives towards improving Quality of Hiring like Assessments and Employee Experience like candidate engagement, onboarding and early joining experience.
• Conduct vendor evaluation, execute empanelment, and performance evaluation post empanelment.

Qualification Criteria

• MBA with 3-7 years of experience in talent acq
