Role Description The Marketing Executive role at GrowIT Learning is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote the organization’s learning programs across different schools and target audiences.



Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, developing marketing plans, coordinating with sales and academic teams, managing digital and offline marketing activities, and tracking campaign performance. The Marketing Executive will create and refine marketing messaging, support lead generation initiatives, and contribute to brand-building efforts. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, timely reporting, and continuous optimization of marketing strategies are key aspects of this role.
