• Experience in HR Operations.
• Strong experience in end-to-end exit management.
• Experience in mobility processes, including internal travel, transfers and visa management.
• Hands-on experience in HRMS administration and employee data management.
• Exposure to HR transformation, process improvement, or automation initiatives.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, reporting, and analysis.
