Job OverviewWe are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals to join our team in US Staffing Business Development. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US staffing industry, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop new business opportunities.
This role is focused on identifying potential clients, building long-term business relationships, generating staffing opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US staffing market.
• Research and target potential clients, staffing companies, MSPs, and other business partners.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other business development channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.




• Understand client staffing requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams to provide suitable resources.
• Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to identify current opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms, rates, and agreements with clients and partners.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, requirements, and business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Stay updated on US staffing trends, market requirements, and industry developments.

Requirements• Prior experience in US Staffing Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition.
• Candidates with Mid-Jr to Senior-level experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing and recruitment industry.
