I’m hiring a part-time Marketing & Business Development Coordinator based in India to work remotely with my New York–area photography and production business.
Our work spans fashion, beauty, corporate events, photography and filmmaking. I’m looking for someone who can help turn our portfolio and existing content into new business opportunities and a consistent online presence.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Researching potential clients, brands, agencies and event organizers.
• Preparing personalized outreach and keeping track of follow-ups.
• Organizing leads, replies and opportunities in a simple CRM.
• Planning social media content using our photography, videos and behind-the-scenes archive.
• Preparing captions, basic edits and posts for approval.
• Researching relevant magazines, editorial submissions and press opportunities.
• Using AI thoughtfully to support research, writing and organization.
You should have:
• Strong written English and attention to detail.
• Experience in outreach, marketing or business development.




• Good visual judgment and an interest in photography, fashion or creative businesses.
• Familiarity with Canva, basic video editing and AI tools.
• The ability to work independently and follow through consistently.
Experience working with US clients or creative businesses is a plus.
Location: Remote, based in India
Hours: Approximately 15–20 hours per week, with some overlap with Recent York working hours
Compensation: US$500–$1,000 per month, depending on experience and agreed hours
Initial engagement: Paid 30-day trial, with the intention of continuing long term
