Customer Support Representative – Sales
Location: Ambala Cantt | WFO | Night Shift
Experience: 1 Year –3 Years | Sales Experience and Interest
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and make sales & conversions.
• Assist customers with product compatibility, pricing & orders.
• Follow up on leads, pending orders and customer queries.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams.
• Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Excellent English communication – Mandatory
• Sales/Customer Support experience preferred.
• Auto Parts/Automobile experience is an advantage.
• Valuable negotiation, communication & problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work Night Shift.
