Job Description

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for product features: user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes for web and mobile.
• Understand users: run quick user interviews, usability tests and competitor reviews, and turn findings into design decisions.
• Work with product and engineering from idea to launch: shape requirements, explain trade-offs, and hand off clear, developer-ready specs.
• Build and maintain our design system: components, typography, colour, spacing and interaction patterns, kept consistent across the product.
• Iterate on data: use analytics and user feedback to improve live features after release.
• Review what ships: check builds against designs and fix UI and UX gaps before release.




• Contribute beyond screens where needed: onboarding, empty states, micro-copy, and simple marketing or brand visuals.

Must-have Skills

• 1–3 years of experience as a Product, UI/UX or Interaction Designer, ideally at a product company or startup.
• A strong portfolio with 2–3 case studies showing your process: the problem, research, options explored, final design and outcome.
• Expert in Figma: auto layout, components, variants and prototyping.
• Solid grasp of visual design: typography, layout, colour, hierarchy and responsive design.
• Strong UX fundamentals: information architecture, user flows, usability heuristics and accessibility basics.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile (iOS/Android guidelines).
• Transparent communicator who can present and defend design decisions and take feedback well.
