Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes. The Senior Executive Human Resources will develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Daily tasks include managing employee relations, addressing queries and grievances, coordinating training and development initiatives, maintaining HR documentation and systems, and advising management on HR best practices. The role involves close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in strategic and operational HR activities.




• Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and HRIS or related systems.
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace.
• Ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR Policies in alignment with local labor laws and organizational objectives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a senior or executive HR role, preferably in a rapid-paced or growth-oriented organization.
