Job Description

What you can look forward as Senior Executive/Assistant Manager- Order Management:

• Process and manage customer orders in adherence to established business rules and procedures. Create and maintain sales quotations based on requests from Sales teams.

• Process credit notes and delivery notes in accordance with defined guidelines. Coordinate with Central Order Management to monitor and follow up on order execution.

• Administer customer and user accounts for online service platforms. Support export documentation activities to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.

• Generate, analyze, and distribute standard operational and business reports.

• Create and maintain SAP Sets based on business requirements and stakeholder requests.

• Ensure all activities are performed in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and work instructions. Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives





Your profile as Senior Executive/Assistant Manager- Order Management

• 5-10 Years of Experience in Order Management Role

• Good knowledge on SAP SD module

• PC skills (Microsoft Office & SAP)

• Good communication, Flexible to Shifts

• Positive team player & Analytical skills
