Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
* Share advance information with the warehouse on shipment arrivals along with receipt documents.
* Coordinate with Warehouse & Transporters to ensure timely shipment unloading.
* Coordinate with Import & Purchase teams for required documentation and PO release.
* Expedite Warehouse team to perform quick material checking, put away, and GRN entry in their WMS.
* Enter GRN in SAP based on material confirmation from Warehouse.
* Share GRN completion information with Sales, Service, Stamping & Sales Admin teams.




* Coordinate with Warehouse & Stamping teams for Stamping activities.
* Share receipt discrepancies with Procurement & Import teams to raise Quality Notifications (QN) with the Group.

2. Dispatches Post goods issue in SAP. Share billing data with warehouse teams. Coordinate with Sales Admin & Warehouse teams on dispatch intimation deviations and invoice errors, ensuring corrections as per shipment requirements. Prepare E-waybills for Warehouse dispatches. Monitor dispatch activities to ensure shipments are dispatched within agreed TAT with Warehouse service providers. Coordinate with Warehouse teams to handle major dispatches, especially during the last week of every month and quarter-end billing. Coordinate with Warehouse, Factory & Transporters for timely pickups. Coordinate with Warehouse, Factory, and customers for shipment collections against Ex-works shipments.

3. Reverse Logistics Arrange pickups for FOC defect
