We are seeking a Customer Service & Inside Sales Executive who can efficiently manage customer interactions and support the company's sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, generating leads, conducting follow-ups, and converting opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer enquiries through calls and other communication channels.
- Explain products/services to customers clearly.
