About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition USA Sales qualified with 15+ years of experience, currently operating at a Manager/Senior Manager level within an IT Services

Requirement specs:

1. Recruitment
1. All levels for Inside sales hiring based in India aligned to USA and India sales team.
2. All levels for Marketing primarily for India with some roles for USA
3. All levels for Sales team globally India, USA
4. All Support hiring for USA i.e. HR, IT Ops, Quality, Finance etc
5. Global Leadership hiring across LoS
6. Tech hiring for USA (DT, Salesforce)
7. The candidate must be well versed with USA and India Sales Hiring across multiple levels (lateral and leadership)
8. Should have hiring experience through LinkedIn Global.

Operational

1. Stakeholder management
2. Reports
3. Team management of 2-4 recruiters
4. Coordination with USA HR and Overseas HR team

Additional Experience-

1.



Department level PPT/report preparation
2. Business research specific to TA function for Non-India locations
3. Market Research for RFPs rate cards for Non-India locations
4. Develop and maintain a competitor mapping database aligned to the company's business offerings across target geographies.
5. Identify target organizations through direct research, OEM directories and partner directories.

REQUIRED SKILLS-

1. 15+ Years of experience in domestic and International lateral hiring at all levels.
2. 7+ Years of experience in senior/leadership hiring with ability head-hunt candidates, hold interviews, present company profile, conduct HR assessment and negotiation
3. 5+ Years experience in sales and marketing hiring.
4. Competitive intelligence and organization mapping
5. Should have hiring experience through LinkedIn Global license.
